I searched all over this site and i couldn't find this question, so could someone please help!!
I got avalaunch and downloaded XBMC through that and everytime i go to use it, it says
XBMC Fatal Load Error
Q:\XboxMediaCenter.xml
Line Failed to open file

and when i use tha ftp program(FlashFXP) it shows me all the drives expect Q: so i tryed to make a Q drive and it wouldn't let me. So could someone give me some direction of where the music on the hard drive suppose to be? and what folder should the XBMC should be in on the xbox.
Thanks

I had the exact same problem... Just FTP xboxmediacenter.xml to the xbmc directory... the drive it mentions is a mapping so it will work... happened when i upgraded the version..

I got the same problem and when i looked into it, what it had done was send the update path to the e: drive, where my origional files were on the f: drive. I had to delete the update files on the e drive for it to work again. It seems that the update files don't send to the default path that you've designated. Probably just another bug that will be worked out in the next release.

Playing offline with Benq LT 1.1

I have 2 consoles. One is a modded Benq LT 1.1 and the other is my main unmodded console for playing on live. I want to take my main profile from my unmodded console and put it on a flash drive and play backups on my modded console offline. Then after I earn achievements from the backup game playing offline I was gonna put my profile back on my unmodded system and get online again. Can M$ tell if what I played offline was a backup, when I sign in on my unmodded console on live? Or is it like I went to a friends house and just played some games there with my profile on my usb drive? Just curious if my profile could get reset or my unmodded system get banned. Thanks

I've been wondering the same thing. Has anyone been banned in previous waves this way? I'd guess you probably safe on the unmodded box but it could end up getting the modded one banned. If it were me I wouldn't worry about my gamerscore and would leave the modded disconnected and not swap content.

Idk what to do about it lol. The modded one stays offline so I was thinking it would be ok. How would the modded one get banned tho its always offline? I just dont want my unmodded one or my gamertag to get banned or reset. I dont see how MS could tell. The backups are all green with abgx. If anyone knows that would be awesome lol.

Re: Playing offline with Benq LT 1.1

If you're just moving your profile back and forth MS has never caught anyone for playing backed up games offline, as far as I know. I've been using this method myself since the last ban wave last year, right before Modern Warfare 2 came out and neither my consoles or gamertag has ever been banned or suspended.

I've played a ton of games offline before their release date even, and then gone online with the achievements unlocked on my profile and nothing has ever happened. Just don't play a game like, a month before it comes out and you'll be fine.
