Yup. Exactly.
Avalaunch is quite amazing. It's really powerful. You can even install an older version, and it'll download/install all the nessicary stuff to make it current.
Avalaunch is miles better then EvolutionX. EvolutionX is not as pretty, not intergrated with the internet, and just plain cannot compare with the number of features. The only reason I believe that EvoX is still around/used is because:
A> It is easy to mess with the menu via a .txt document. Decent for noobies, and:
B> Some people do like the simple utiltarian look it offers.
My recommendation is for Avalaunch, but to each their own: you may prefer EvoX. Regardless, you'll need at least one of them to get your applications onto the box. (Well, assuming you are using an X3, you could use the Bios FTP feature... but we won't go into that. That's more information then you were asking for, but if you still want it, I'm more then happy to tell you!
