xbone- powers on then shuts off (see pics please)

Hey guys,
So i have a fatty xbone. everything is disconnected, when the console gets power(not powered on) the fan is activated 3 times, then i look at the PSU and it goes from white to orange 3 times then stays orange. Upon pressing power button the fan spins then powers off. The PSU is from a working xbox so thats good. I have taken apart and from the top i see no trauma to board. Anyone have any idea as to what is happening? Not sure but with fan unplugged it wont power on at all.

Took mobo out (on my phone and cant upload from it) but i notice a bunch of white stuff.
(pic is on my google drive) some of it seems to maybe be paste though the heatsink X-clamp seems untouched, and the guy was a tweaker lol but for 10.00 cant beat it

Honestly, I wouldnt even know where to start with this console. lol. That being said, you need to fix the first link.

I haven't opened up a single xbox one yet, so I am just saying what I would try if it were mine.

I havnt had a reason to open mine yet. lol. I need to upgrade the HDD in it still, as 500GB isnt really enough when it forces you to install games to the HDD, and then it downloads 40+GB of updates for that game. Stupidist thing microsoft could have done if you ask me. lol. on top of that, I am waiting for the browser exploit to be usefull, so I play my 360 more than I use my xbox one. lol.
