I have a liteon 16D2S flashed with the 0800 firmware and connected with a CK3i and an X360USB Pro.
I can read and write the firmwares to the drives all ok, but when i use backup creator i get the error initializing aspi or spti interface, i am using windows 7 64bit and have the latest version of the software.
I am trying this as i have an xbox that when the lite-on drive is flashed with either stock or LT+3.0 it wont read disks so went and ought a replacement drive same model and the same result.
So i spoofed to a sammy drive and it will now read all xgd2s but wont read xgd3 games so back to the drawing board, this is why i am trying the drives with backup creator to check if they are in full working order.
