I'm a begineer and i dont understand all abote that sata. Is there any way than some peapole who know all that can help true msn or skype .... please . that could make all that 10 times easyer.

Use google and do some research you really do need a good basic understanding of pc's before you even think of flashing an xbox360.

You need to do your own research. Google sata, read up on that. Once you feel comfortable you understand the requirements of sata, check if you have one. Either way, read the tutorial and check and see if yours is compatable or if you dont have one, which one to buy. You really cant expect to be spoonfed through the entire process. If you dont fell comfortable doing it yourself, find someone to do it for you.
