Hello, i have this problem with my Benq drive in my Xbox 360. When i start the Xbox it starts after 1 minute. When i put original or burned DVD game it just says reading and after few seconds open tray. I tryied POT tweak to the laser but didnt worked.
The other problem is that when i put my Xbox 360 120GB HDD in to the Xbox it displays error E68 but he drive worked on other Xbox.

I have tryied everithing. Manual spoofing like manually to load source and target FW etc. but nothing worked. The Xbox starts afte 30 seconds. It shows normally open tray but when i put DVD inside it just spin and nothing shows Reading and after that Open Tray again. I have used the POT tweak to adjust laser strengh as i assumed that it could be the laser but it didnt help.
Any ideas what it could be ?
