Xbox 360 CD Rom This device cannot start. (Code 10) help!!!!

I bought a cable from usb to sata and I conected to the xbox 360 cd rom and it gives me this error in device manager This device cannot start. (Code 10) what can I do??? please email me the answer [email protected] I'll really appriciate.

Did you put your drive in ModeB (Hitachi) or 0800 mode (Samsung) ??
