Xbox 360 elite flashed

I have a xbox that is flashed to play burnt games. My question is if i have an original game could I play on xbox live with no problems. Also is there a way to play with burnt games online.

hello GiBBiE and welcome to the forums. there is always a risk of getting banned from xbox live with a modified xbox. I have not heard of any ban waves since LT was released, a few friends and I use our backups online with the newest LT firmware

Ok good to know. I think its the latest one. The guy said he updated it and flashed it.
