He doesn’t have them yet if you read it says "THIS AUCTION IS FOR PREORDERS ONLY AND WILL BE DELIVERED BY OR BEFORE THIS CHRISTMAS"

If you actually took time to read the whole article he actually states that he has 2 of them in stock but will not release them until the release date defined by microsoft

I would assume that they would have to be pretty close. If there going to release around the holidays (5mos) they have to ramp production and get the QTYs for release.

Yep I understand all that, he also says (as previously stated by another user) "I have stock already"

I agree with everyone else that he's a scammer. The deal is you pay now for your preorder. Then when your xbox 360 does not arrrive at december like promised you don't have a leg to stand on, becasue your 45 day window to lodge a complaint has passed. Clever really, but if anybody fell for it they are pretty stupid.

actually he never said he had them in stock, he says he has 2 consoles in this auction, not in his posession. he simply could have 2 preorders or something of the sort. he definately could be a scammer but its not showing by this listing

Yeah, o.k this thread has run it's life i think, but i hate being wrong. So my final post will be this quote taken from the Original add on Ebay.

" XBOX 360 *BRAND NEW* IN STOCK - PREORDER NOW!! inc ship
I have in stock, but will not ship until release date"

aw... but this is the first time I read this one!

I thought that it was stupid for anyone to believe that this was real anyway... then it kept getting posts added to it...

Everytime any console has been sold there are people who say that they have it early...

happened with PS2, happened with Xbox...

Hell, it happened with Tickle me Elmo!!



And whenever it does there's always someone who believes it...

I think I'm going to start selling X360's. I have only 30 in stock... but I won't ship them untill Hhanukkah.... because I'm a jew.
