thos pics are obviously downloaded or copied from website, and he stats its to buy pre orders... my guess is that he bought the pre orders at a local game stored or whatever and is auctioning them off for those of us me... who didnt get the pre sell on the first shipments

he probly owns a game store or somethin of that sort. and is trying to be first to sell.

No, he's gonna walk away with everyone's money because by the time the 360 comes out, it'll be WAY past the time period to file a complaint with eBay...

Just picked up this thread.

If anyone has a problem with an Ebay item listing, report it! Chances are they've already missed it and won't be removed unless someone tells 'em to.

I emailed him and ask if I could have a look at the 360, he replied they are both under lock and key, and he doesn't have any games, I read later that they were running the 360 games on apples at the official release..

Looks like 2 people bought it..

u cant get the money back if he refused to ship it to you. because paypal only lets anything within 2 months to file a complaint. anything after that is your lost.

A fool and his money is easily parted. If you're silly enough to bid for this you deserve whatever you get, the more responsible peeps here should inform ebay. The other rather devastating alternative was what happened to a friend of mine, he had someone buy something of him then left negative feedback immmediately and put the sale into dispute to get ebays attention. Hes currently suspended

He was selling a bundle of items which included some Megadrive games (including the rather rare Streets Of Rage 3) and he also rather foolishly added a emulator disk for the dreamcast with several 1000 megadrive games. I guess he got what he deserved but there are less bitter ways to report someone that what the guy chose to do. As far as Im aware my friend has to fill in a form saying he wont do it again then wait a few weeks to be reactivated.
