RGH xbox 360 freeze and pixelizing

there is not pattern when it happens but the console just freezes and screen starting to go crazy and i dont know what to do
my xbox is slim 4gb with 500gb hdd that i added to it
RGH with LT3
i checked the nand and its says its trinity
heres a picture of what is happening

if you could pls tell me what to do to fix it ill thank you very much
sometimes it not happens at all and some times its happens evey boot
pls help me

there is any tutorial how to do this?
i need to open the console or just do something in a program?

If you're asking the question then the answer is NO, you can't do this using a tutorial. Have you ever opened the console? I was under the impression you did the mods yourself...

no i didnt i brought it to someone who did it is there any solution that i can do myself?
