Xbox 360 not powering

I lifted the c3b2 pad could this be why my 360 isnt powering i have no idea where to start it happend while trying to install the tx coolrunner. any specific points i shld be looking at?

Give us all the info you can:

Closeup clear pictures of everything
Check all points for continuity and cross bridging
Does it boot stock nand..

and yes a lifted pad would do it.

well i removed eveything the box has been like this a couple of weeks so if i repair the pad using uber's tutorial it should fix it im positive thats the only solder point that got messed up
