On ebay they are selling tons of xbox 360 preorders and even some powersellers are selling them each going around $200.

If im allowed to link here they are::

How is it possible that they can sell them for that cheap?

Same as before, they get the suckers to buy the "pre-order" When it comes time to deliver they are long gone with your money, and you have no right to request a refund because the time alloted is gone. You should report them to ebay and get the listing cancelled

This crap happens all the time on E-bay when a new console comes out...for christ sake people, don't pre-order on E-bay! Go to a store (EbX, Gamestop, etc) and pre-order one there.

Yeah, but you can't say its illegal, only immoral. You can preorder anything at a game store. I went into Gamestop yesterday, and they said "Preorder a Xbox 360 now!". I asked them "What's the price?" They said "I dunno....its only $100 deposit!" and was off to recruit the next person walking through the door.

god ebay is full of scams this also happend with the xbox, psp and playstion2 the people who fall for it must be idiots.

thats the problem with ebay, it's become so huge it's almost impossible to police and thus many people are beginning to get ripped off, you have to be careful when getting somethin off ebay now.

well some douche bag bought a psp BOX off ebay for 300 bucks, and thought it was the real thing, i saw the post, it listed, this is just the box, right in the f**king description, people are idiots.

Probably about 85% of everyone that pre-orders the xbox 360 from a seller will get it. The rest will get screwed. They will refund the money if you start harrasing them but if you dont they will just keep your money, After 90 days you cannot leave a negetive feedback on ebay.
