cpu_rst points c5r11 and ft4r2 both look ok to me. I dont think that 1 pad you ripped off when removing post_qsb would cause it to rrod but I would definitely look over the whole board for caps or resistors missing.
It seem you have a bad flash configuration though in the middle one says (flash config:0xFFFFFFFF) and that probably means you have a wire touching on your nandx or jr programmer. its looks like it may have touched once just enough to cause a bad flash if possible can you post more pics of the top side around nand flasher and maybe the rest of your jrunner log if you have it.

ok thats GREAT but it should boot regardless, if you want it to last you should find what is shorting out on the mobo because a screw will not matter

Your CPU_RST looks fine, but FT5R5 looks like you ripped the pad off...
And, if it boots with "the screw in" but not with it out... you may want to resolve that before you find yourself with a brick...
(On a side note, what do you have plugging the hole where your X-Clamp posts go through? )

How in the world did you get to that point.. lol
for future reference don't use any more QSB, use direct wire install ;)
