xbox 360 slim 4gb internal memory corrupt

Is there any way, to disable the internal memory, in the setting or on the motherboard, I am good with solder.. I can't update or download profiles, because the xbox360 wants to install on the internal, no matter if I have a usb flash drive, or a hard drive itself.
Anyone know where the chip is on the board? maybe if I unsolder a pin, it will disable it? I have a 2012 xbox slim 4gb corona

if its a corona mother with internal memory built in nand u have to swap nands get a hold of jsinger pm him

Thanks for the reply, I'm done for, this xbox is pissing me off, I can't update, I can't reformat, I can delete but when I turn off the xbox then turn back on everything I deleted is all right back where I deleted it from, This is ready for the trash.. I can play games, as long as it doesn't need a update.. It plays dvds, and cds.. can't connect to xbl... I see about sell for $40 on ebay I guess.. don't care anymore..

you got ur answer on how to fix it,you must remove the bga nand after u have rgh'd it for the info you need ,build a 16mb nand,put a 16mb nand tsop on board,and u must move some resistors around.and if your waiting on john mathews to tell u how to fix it,just wait and watch for the thread he will create here for it,lol.and its still worth more than 20 bucks,sell it on ebay,id def do that before i gave it up for 20 bucks to some cheapskate who dont even know how to fix it.
