Xbox 360 Slim Caugth in Update Loop!?

i have an xbox 360 slim the white one put game in to play ask to update hit yes and it stuck in the update loop.tryed usb flash up date ect... nothing has worked. the status code is 23ef-3f4a-b800-0f00-c000-0013.xbox and microsoft says no such code.thats bull.im unable to get off the update window in order to do anything at all. Help please.
