Xbox 360 slim laser replacement

[FONT=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]How can I tell which laser to buy to replace on a 360 slim lite on drive gr2 or g2r2 ?

I assume the type is to hand shake with the pcb, I have looked on the laser and pcb but I might be blind. Any help would be great appreciated.[/FONT]

I'm using G2R2, but I think they are interchangeable.
