XBOX 360 Slim Mods

I have an XBOX 360 slim manufactured in 2010. I want to get it modded to play backup games. I did some research and see thee are at least two different ways to do this, flashing or an ****. Are there any opinions what is better? I live in the US, Pa. to be exact and I want to send it somewhere to have the service done. Can anyone tell what companies do this? I am sorry if i asked stupid questions or questions that have been answered many times. turbo

I live near New Stanton, Belle Vernon, or Greensburg. Pittsburgh is 28 milkes from me. This should give an idea where I am.
