Xbox 360 Slim no Video/Sound only green dot

Hi,
i've got a problem with my Xbox Slim. It's a Trinity.
If I power it on the Fan will start rotating and the green dot on RF Board is lit up. I don't get any Video or Sound output. I didn't get the flashing green lights. The Light of my Power brick turns green when xbox is on and yellow when off.

things I've tried:

different Tvs, monitors and Cables. Also i tried Hdmi, AV and Toslink.
checked all my Ports for bended pins or defects. They are all ok.
resetting Display Settings and remove failured Updates. Everything without success.

Since the Box is out of Warranty i opened it and read out the Post codes like descriped here www.xdevwiki.com/index.php?title=POST_Codes#Pinout
Everything seems ok, last step is LOAD_XAM which mean loading Dashboard.

I've read that this can be a Problem with Av Port when xbox is not detecting a Video cable it will not start. Is there any way to test the Av port before removing it and solder a new one on (wich will be a hard job from all what i've read here).

Can it be the Hana chip too? Because i read when it's the Hanachip you'll get Signal over Av cable.
The xbox was never opened before, so no bad ecc file or something like this.

I'm pretty lost at this point.
I hope somebody can help me, and sorry for my bad english.

The best option would probably be to just send it to a pro and get it reflowed/reballed for like $40 this is most likely a GPU issue. I know WNYConsoles does it for cheap.

This is a issue with the xcgpu it needs a reflow or reball

I have all the equipment for reflow at home so i'll try it today. I just want to be shure which chip it is before reflow all chips.

So today I've reflowed Xcgpu and Hana chip without success.
Can it still be the powerbrick?
Or maybe something bad with Nand?
I think i will RGH it and see if Xell will be displayed. Because i got the same syptom when my HDMi cable was broken.

Or maybe the Xcgpu needs to be reballt, But i don't got the proper euipment for reballing.

Well replace your HDMI see if that is the issue or get it reballed that's really the only concrete option to get the console working.

I read somwhere that someone got the same Problem and Rgh'ed it and it boots into Xell with video Output. so i think i'll try this first. If it will Display Xell then Gpu is ok, or is that wrong?

Since i do very much reflowing, soldering etc... i think about trying to reball it myself, because i didn't care very much about this console anymore. I have all the Materials instead of sencil and the balls.
So if i look around i only find in description for Xbox 360 Gpu and Cpu. Are the stencils equal to the phat ones? either the Cpu or Gpu.

the slim stencil for reball is diff to the phat by its array pattern.systemmodz on ebay has those in usa if needed.balls are still .6mm.

Try the av cable, fairly common for the hdmi to not sync with some tv's ime

The edit included also the change from Corona to Trinity because im a little bit Confused. I thougt Trinity Consoles got a 10,83A Powerbrick. And i've got a 9,86A. Since i now opened it and readed the Nand i know it's a Trinity.
Is Xbox Slim not booting with the wrong Powersupply?
I just ordered an adapter for my old Phat supplys.

It will boot with either PSU if the console turns on it's likely not a PSU issue, It is most likely GPU fault.

Hi,
thanks for all your help until now. Today I installed a Coolrunner in this Console and get it to boot Xell without any Problems. But after I created XEbuild Image and flashed, it's the same behaviour as before.
So i think there's no Problem with the Gpu.
The Console was not used very much, and was never carried around. So i think its not the Port itself.
Does anyone have any informations which part's i can check?
And maybe someone knows if a AV Port from a Phat xconsole will be compatible?

yes, Both AV and HDMI port are same on phat console

sounds like a bad block issue,u got jrunner logs?also bare in mind it takes aloooooot less out of a dying gpu to run xell than a full dashboard,got orig nand you can flash back to it and see what it does?might also be worth a shot to take the info u got fromxell,and kv info and build a new retail img,could be a corrupted nand,seen it a few times like that,either they do what you have,or throw 0022.
