Depends on version of the motherboard. If the PSU works in other country's depends on it input rating.

no,the slims have many diff revision motherboards,each needs own parts list,so we need you to help us help you.

all slims can be modified with rgh. The only one that can't be done is the Winchester motherboard that was released last year. The slim in your PIC can definitely be modified.
