LITEON 0225 Xbox 360 slim Play DVD errors

So my xbox slim (0225) keeps getting play dvd errors randomly. I tried fixing it by editing the calibration data on 1ff80. But I can't seem to line 1ff80. I have a buyer for the xbox and I want to get this issue fixed as soon as possible so please help me out here.

i have had the same issue since the beginning, it looks like its in the bootup, i mainly needed one or twee restarts, bt it seems like a hardware issue, since i have the replacement pcb installed, the problem is gone.
