I did a friend of mine halo edition trinity board everything works fine but once in a while when powered on it will just get a red light on center of the ring. Turn it off and back on and it boots fine. Any ideas what may cause this.

I double checked all the soldering all good their, and I used best pigs app to build the image, freeboot toolbox maker 2.9 but ive used it on every image ive ever built.I have done a few of them to date and this is the only one that has had the problem. Its no big deal like I said you turn it off and back on and its fine goes right to fsd. And it only happens when the xbox has been turned of for more than 20 minutes. Turn it off and on after it boots and it works every time, just when it sits for a while. I was just curious as what it may be there is no error code just the middle red light on the ring.

This is actually my box that saginaw32 did for me, and to clarify, it only gets the red dot if the internal hdd is attached and then not every time. Like saginaw said and I agree, it seems like it wants to glitch too fast. He had to shorten the blue wire to make it boot, is it possible that this wire is now too short and its trying to glitch too quickly? The green light on the coolrunner turns on as soon as the power button is pressed. Thanks to all who could possibly help.
What ever it was we used the newest 360 multibuilder and built a new image and it fixed it. Hasnt done it in weeks. So maybe something in the image built.
