GENERAL Xbox 360 Slim Weird Graphics Issue

Hi, I know this is not related to TX products, but there seems to be scarce info on this. There are a lot of Pros in here I was hoping to receive help. I linked the video, I have done a reflow but its still the same. I do not know if a reball will fix it, if anyone has repaired this before pls any help will be appreciated. This happens in some games as well.
