GENERAL Xbox 360 Slim wont stay on due to Contact

Hi guys I am new to the site. I am a PC guy and I am new to the Xbox scene and I was wondering if someone has any knowledge of a fix for this issue. Its a xbox 360 slim Trinity and anytime I power it on it plays for a min then shuts off and it says something about a contact being not paid by Microsoft. I bought it off of craigslist last week :facepalm: So I was really hoping to get it up and going for my son with Autism.

Contact or Contract, I am thinking contract, in which case they sold you an xbox that was getting leased from Microsoft, and it never got paid off. I would RGH it, as this is the only real option to get past this, and as it is for a child, it may save you some discs as well.

Good call - I only read as far as it turning off on it's own lol.

OP: If you go down the RGH route, you will need to build your final glitch image using the "NOMOBILE" option to remove the contract restriction.
