Xbox boots with no FRAG but I see no video

This is my third install of the X3 chip but my first X3CE all of the xbox are 1.0
now heres the problem I installed the X3CE and flashed it with 1959 and
now I see no video when I boot.

I also want to ad that it boots too the backup flash and the original MS bios dash just fine I can actually see video but not when its enabled.

I checked too see if my xbox AV connector was connected properly and when I push it in it boots the xbox without using the power switch.

what can I do am I a dead man I searched the forums but it seems some people get no video but also get a frag I don't get frag.

Any help is higly appreciated

Re-Solder pins 13 and 14 on the LPC ....
