Xbox Connect Help

OK I decided to do a fresh install of windows today. I install all the updates, including SP2 all my drivers, yata yata. My xbox is connected to my PC though a crossover and my pc is connected to a router though a wireless network card. So this is how I have it set up. I can ftp and all that jazz just xbox can't find DNS servers. So heres the settings.
PC Settings
LAN 1
IP 192.168.0.2
SUB 255.255.255.0
GATEWAY NONE

Wireless Network Connection
Everything set to be obtained auto.
This connection is setup to share this connection with other users/ICS

XBox
IP=192.168.0.3
SUB=255.255.255.0
GATE=192.168.0.2
DNS 1=192.168.0.2
DNS ALT=192.168.0.2

This setting has always worked for me. The problem is live cant find DNS servers.

start menu/run cmd

ipconfig/all

should show your dns server

WOW THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! Usually I just put my comp's IP for that and it worked but thank you so much man.

Had a similiar prob trying to us XBMC, had to hard specify DNS server. using crossover with bridged network.
