Xbox connected to network, but not internet

I haven't touched my 360 in a long time. In the meantime I changed ISP and so have a new router. So the setup I have is Xbox wired to Wifi Repeater which is wirelessly connected to to my router. It always worked fine before.

So now I configured the repeater for my new router. It works fine. I connect my PC to it and it has internet connection. Now so I give a static ip to the xbox. 192.168.2.200. The DHCP is 192.168.2.10 to 254. In FSD I can clearly see it is connected to the network and has the correct ip 192.168.2.200, but doesn't seem to have access to internet, I'll try to update my artwork and it'll show activity, but it's all 0kb connections. Missing cover doesn't get updated. I even made a new jqe360 account (which now is xboxunity), but to no avail.

But that's just the unimportant stuff. As I said, I haven't touched the xbox in a long time. So I tried to update the dash through Dashlaunch and xebuild following a guide. It finds my xbox address, but can't connect to it and gives me error 10060.

I'm pretty lost here. How can it be on the network, but not have internet access when my PC connects fine?

I've always followed tutorials without problems, whether it was for hardware or software, but now I feel like a complete noob.

the other ppl on the net that got this problem is because they forced the wrong ip. Mine is correct. Restarted both router and repeater, still getting the same sh*t.

Is there a way to check for connectivity while in FSD that doesn't involve updates?

On your PC under network do you see Xbox 360 as a gaming device?
Is Samba Server turned on in FSD? What OS are you using?

it's there, but not as xbox 360, but as
new-host 3
, but from the MAC adress, it's my xbox. I'm using win7 as I was before. I have never used Samba Server and don't know what it is exactly.
