XBOX contact service support but no LED flashing

Xbox goes to contact customer service after trying to load game, I tried a new dvd drive but no success. any ideas!! someone.

it sounds stupid but is you call Microsoft at 1-800-469-9269 tell then that your XBOX was in a small flood and the sticker with the seral # on it is hard to read there is a reset thingie that M$ can do over the phone and reset the XBOX most people dont believe this but call them and you will see

if it has no error code and is just in a bunch ao languages then it might ber fixable with out sending it on or somrthing like that
