Had a problem during a flash dvd died on me. Smk got me a new drive and installed very fast, reliable and great service for the price. Would use service again and recommend to other users.

Looking good so far!

Haven't actually received my XBOX back yet, but it's in the mail (he provides tracking number) and on the way back. VERY helpful with advice should you run into "backup" issues for your games. I'll follow-up with feedback, but so far very impressed. Thanks SMKFACE!

can you flash back to original firmware? i no longer wish to have modded firmware; i had textbook mod it years ago with firmware but i want it back to original....is this possible? i dont think i have the original firmware backup he sent me; its been far too long with new computers and such. i think i have a samsung drive, i have the model from launch day.

Just got my XBOX 360 back! Wow... It worked like a charm! Smkface is definitely the real deal. I got the mod plus the 12v fan addition. Be careful, because it's quite a bit louder with the fan installed, but other than that, I LOVE IT! Thanks!
