I just got my 360 in a few days ago, and I completely recommend Smkface for any kind of Xbox work that you need done. Here's my story:
I did not own an Xbox 360 previously (I do have a PS3), but have been thinking about getting one for years now. I finally decided to bite the bullet when the 360 dropped in price to only $150, in preparation for the release of the "new" 360 (basically just an updated design). The $150 bundle that you can buy is a 2010 model, with the Jasper chipset, so it runs cool and is very unlikely to have any kind of RRoD or other heat problems. It's a great buy.
Rather than buy the xbox myself, then pay for the shipping both to and from the modder, I thought it would be easier to just have the modder buy the system for me. I asked several modders about the procedure and pricing for this here on 360Mods and elsewhere, and Smkface's initial response was BY FAR the most detailed. He responded to all my questions very quickly and did a good job explaining everything. He also sent me helpful updates on the process (when he bought the system, when he received the tracking number, when he got it in and finished the work, etc.)
I got the system in on Monday, packaged well and in the original box, and I'm very satisfied. If I didn't know already, I would have never even guessed that it was modded at all. Smkface does a very professional, clean job. He responds to your questions quickly, is trustworthy and honest, and has some of the lowest prices, if not THE lowest prices around. Again, I highly recommend getting any kind of modding done with Smkface. The price is great, and the service is just as good. You really can't go wrong.

Smkface has wonderful and trust worthy service, i would recommend him to anyone. His prices are low, service is very fast and professional. He communicates well so there's no need to worry. I sent my xbox 360 to get firmware flashed on my new Lite-on drive and he did it flawlessly, plays my backups with no problems. Everything was professional and more than pleased with the service. I too would like to say thank you, Smkface! I sent my xbox out Thursday evening and am playing it today (Monday)
