XBOX doesn't boot when chip off

Is my xbox dead?


When I have my chip on it FRAGs when it is turned off, and even removed it FRAGs.

Suggestions? Thoughts?

check your soldiering on the lpc, by the sounds of it you either have solder splashes on the board or really damaged the lpc,

can you post pictures?
