Not sure what that extra wire is on the demon.
But also unsure how you have the "******" glitch without knowing which nand is retail, hence the coolrunner support.

The extra wire is for the one point on the Nand because the Mainboard Point is damaged so its going directly to the Nand.
I got the Problem: I ripped of Point FT2R2 I fixed it but now it works fine
The glitcher has switch so i can turn it on if i need it.

I'm no expert at soldering, but in photo 2 the orange and dark blue wire look like they were soldered by a blind monkey. Have you done any continuity tests on whether they aren't cold joints?

Out of curiosity, what classifies someone as a professional?
If I have never installed a demon before, and somene offers me $10 to do it, doesn't that make me a professional? Profession means getting paid to do something.

I'd say for starters someone who knows what they are doing and what are they getting themselves into when attempting such installs.

Professional is someone who's been doing something for years. Let's say soldering. The first time u tried it , it probably looked horrible. And after months of doing it. It looked 100% better. A pro should also know how to so something without looking it up. Like a Coolrunner. After doing a few u should know the points without looking. This is just my opinion

I would expect a pro installer to:

Solder to SMD level
Understand the basics of electronic principles
Have the ability to follow instructions
Perform basic troubleshooting without assistance

If you cannot do all of the above, you have no business advertising the service to begin with.

Person formally certified by a professional body of belonging to a specific profession by virtue of having completed a required course of studies and/or practice. And whose competence can usually be measured against an established set of standards.

nope that just means the person paying you is stupid, and so are you for installing it

I can do everything you mentioned, I was also trained to be Consumer Electronics/Electrolytic's Technician at USC. However just because I can use a Rework Station, Or make circuit with some L.E.D's/Resistors/and a Perfboard does not mean...I can be a condescending jerk. In every single post I've seen of yours, Your just putting someone down because they do not know as much as you. You have to remember at one point all of us did not know how to use a soldering iron. So what if they mess up a xbox or a demon...It's there money, They also learn from there mistakes too. We should help them do that because if we are mean to them it will just turn them away from the xbox modding scene.

Interesting first post......

Let's get a few things clear:

1. We are a T-X product support forum. We are not

a. Soldering support
b. Component support
c. Rework support
d. General 'I'm trying to do x' help.

With ALL of the above in mind, we still have plenty of tutorials, pics and videos on this site to help people as much as we can with the above. We expect people to help themselves, not to just come begging with bowl in hand when the information is there for all to see. Obviously by your reply you think we should be offering 1:1 support on absolutely everything xbox related. That's your opinion and if I'm honest, irrelevant. These are T-X forums, not yours. The rules are to be followed by everyone and is the only way to keep something as broad as console help under any form of control. Staff and Admin have the final word on all matters and we make choices for the good of the site.

2. The DemoN SPECIFICALLY states it requires a professional installation. Nobody is forcing ANYONE to install it if they don't have the skills to do so. Plenty of people (including myself) offer the services. Sure, it's their money and their console. Just don't whine like a bitch when we won't support you when you've clearly not read anything, including the information on the card.

3. Don't assume that everyone learns from their mistakes. I can quote several users who simply opened a new support topic for every subsequent xbox sent to them for 'installation', learning nothing in the process. In reality, people will stop trying to learn when the information is handed to them on a plate - the idea of having to READ something is alien when all they have to do is ask. Anyone searching the web (specifically the likes of yahoo answers) will realise that.

4. You're also under the assumption we don't help. You say that every post of mine you've read is putting people down??? As a noobie to the site, the first thing you should have done is read the guides/tutorials, of which I've submitted a large number myself, including previously mentioned images and videos. Rather than criticise how I deal with people who don't want to learn and come here for spoon-feeding, see how many hours I DO put in helping those who have helped themselves to begin with.

If you don't like how I deal with people who can't be bothered to read, follow instructions or use an ounce of common sense, that's fine - thankfully I'm not here to please noobies, just support those who are able to read the rules and follow them.

One final thing:

I was also trained to be Consumer Electronics/Electrolytic's Technician at USC
So you didn't learn by mistakes and certainly didn't spam console forums to get your qualification? Yet you're arguing here that people should be doing just this? It makes you a hypocrite.

FTR, I am 100% self taught in everything electronics and games console related. The reason I know more than others is because I can be bothered to read about it. The reason I respond to spoon-fed noobs the way I do is because I know first hand what can be done if you put the effort in.
