My xbox has a samsung drive in it which worked perfectly for ages.
But just recently it started skipping on dvd's and struggleing to read discs.
Like a fool i thought i would try and clean the laser. But this just killed it and now i cant read
any discs.
I have found replacement lasers on ebay for around ten pounds. But is there other drives
i can fit which will work better? If so which ones and what is best. Is it simply a case of swapping the drive over or do i need to mod something on the drive or my xbox?
