yea it is possible but it wouldnt play games, it would just play normal cd's. i mean the only reason to do that would be so that it reads anything really, but even then its not that good. if you really want to try it put the drive into slave mode and then you a power splitter to split the power from your hdd to the new drive, and simply take the ide cable from the xbox drive to the pc drive. have fun!
