Xbox games.... HELP!!!!

does anyone know how to copy xbox games???

ive just installed a xecuter v.3 an is working fine,, well boots up ok. ive flashed the bios to the newest one....

but it is driving me crazy trying to copy (backup) games.......

Does anyone know how to do this????

Despite what other chip makers will tell you, installing a mod chip does absolutely nothing EXCEPT give you the potential to unock a lot of new functionality. The X3 is not a program, it has some low level functionality for Xbox management, but doesn't do much else except allow you to run unsigned code.

Because it can run unsigned code, you can then run applications that will allow you to backup copies of games you own to a HDD. Strongly suggest you check xbox-scene, and go to "the usual places" (worse kept secret on the internet for Xbox mods ), and grab a copy of Slayers Evox Installer. It will have everything you need there - plus a lot more.

Specifically for your needs you will find a replacement dashboard (Evox) and DVD backup software (DVD2XBOX). You can put everything together yourself, but if you are just starting out, go the Slayer route - it'll save you a lot of pain.
