xbox hard drive went out

I have a modded xbox (modchip) and my 250gb hd went out. Is there anyway I can get it up and running or is it trash (I can't get the key off the hd)?

heh since your xbox is modded you dont need to worry bout the HDD Key just toss that 250 GB and smack in the new one then put Slayer's 2.7 CD and boot off it then do a upgrade / install / restore for your HDD ;-)
