Can it be used in a processor....NO.
Can it be used in a PC.....YES.
You have to put it in as a slave. The original HD should be set up as a master allready but you may want to check that.
In WindowsXp right click over My Computer. Select Manage. Go to disc management.
YTou should see your new hard drive there. You can now format and partition it and it will be ready to use.

yeah i think u do but dont go by what i say the reason it hink so is cause when i do what the guy said above it doesnt show up but a werid screen pops up when i turn my computer on but i think so not sure DONT go by what i say
Yes drive has to be unlocked before you can put it into a PC.
