RGH Xbox HDD creates E71 error

Every time i start up my xbox360 with my 360 HDD i get a E71 error. But when i have my external USB connected everything is fine. Any help?

i had the same problem not long ago, it was happening because i had the drive sata plugged in the hdd sata port on the motherboard.

Make sure you have plugged them in correctly :)

Try using hdd external enclosure, and put into xbox360 usb and format or config, then put hdd back to internal.
