i installed my new X3 with the rebuild kit and fired it up, x3 live works just fine but when you start it and the flubber pops up on the screen it slows down and hesitates for a moment. also noticed that when you disconnect the hard drive from the box that the problem is corrected. this problem occurs on the original hard drive and the new one. any ideas on what i may have done wrong.
