Xbox is f**ked, will this help ?

I have a problem,
apperently, everywhere I go, everyone says my HD crapped out,
what happens is when i try turning on my xbox, it trys booting 3 times
then the LED blinks red and green.
what should i do ?
i want to install a new HD but i cant without a mod chip.
if i install this MODCHIP is there a way to install a HD along with this MODCHIP at the same time ? i actuall AMAZINGLY have the HDD Key, password, serial, and even HDD Model #.
What are my options ?

There is a good chance that your HDD did crap out. When you start it does it even spin up?

Either way, all that HDD info isn't going to help you if you need to replace it. If you install a chip you can put a larger HDD into it and, if that is the problem then you should be good to go.
