xbox live account update?

I need to renew my xbox live account, i have an x3.
wats the question?.
well ive heard that if the dash upgrades through xbox live i risk getting banned,
from wat i know to upgrade i need to get a another 12 month sub scription and input the numbers that come witht eh subscription into thexbox live option...
will this
1. get me banned?
2. if so wat can i do?
3. has neone one done this with out getting banned?

i juz thought of something, do u guys think that if i save my live account over to my friends clean box and then renew if on there it will work juz the same on my box with out having to update?

ABGX Verification Question, LT Settings...

So I come across another forum and a guy in there was asking for the right settings to use with the new LT firmware, (you know which boxes to check in abgx) and there one guy showed him which he thought would be the right settings but another guy questioned it and said that the 'Trust SSV2 angles' should NEVER be on?

Whenever I used to run games through abgx with it checked on, the games would show as SS Version - 2 (Trusted) and now I turned it off and now the games show as 'Untrusted' instead?

Does anyone know how important this is and which setting it needs to be? Trusted or untrusted?

Thanks for any help, im gonna wait for a reply before I run anymore games through abgx...

really? so that dude from the other forum saying that it should never be ticked was wrong? all my games are SSV2, splitvid and all verified successfully, so I know there shouldnt be a problem anyways...

^^ I knew that, but I was just asking about that setting in abgx 'Trust SSV2 angles' and whether it should be switched on or off
