i've got an SmartXX v2 in my xbox (ok it's not the right forum for this chip but the question isn't about the chip) and the original hdd. Since 25. december 2004 i get an Xbox Live account. And my modchip since a week. So what happens if i quit my old xbox live account make a new and bigger hdd in my xbox and register an new xbox live account. do i get banned for changing hdd. i mean there is a theory about changing the hdd. but does microsoft save the hdd und eeprom infos with something like the serialnumber of the xbox on their servers or do they check on a new register the hdd + eeprom again?
