RGH Xbox live and Rgh/R-Jtag

I'm wondering do you still get banned from xbox live when you have a RGH or a Jtag
How do you prevent that from happening and how long does it last

LOL yes you will still get banned no ifs ands or buts about it. The only way I know if to be kinda safe is a Dual NAND solution something like the DemoN.
