Xbox Live Arcade Games - Question

I have recently purchased an Xecuter Connectivity Kit and have been using xplorer360 to just browse my xbox hdd and get used to what im looking at. What i dont understand is
why can i not upload my Partition 3 / 0000000000000000 / 58410824 Folder (Xbox Live Arcade DOOM) to the net so that other people can download it and play it?

Is there a way i can share my xbox live arcade games as i have a few and would gladly upload them for people to download.

Licensing. They would have the trial version if they were to download yours. There is no file difference between a trial and a full XBLA game. The only difference is the license, stored *somewhere* on the Xbox 360 motherboard.

Can i transfer downloaded maps to another hdd.
I have downloaded the map pack for Perfect Dark Zero and I have been able to extract it from my hdd but will that also be "license locked" to my console or will it be playable on another hdd if they have Perfect Dark Zero?

Or are the free car downloads on TDU swappable ?
