Xbox Live Auto Login Settings

Hi, this is not a mod question but something which is basic bt iforgot how to do, my problem is relating to when you boot up my machine my profile boots up as normal but i dont want my profile to boot straight into xbox live i want to be able to play on my profile without xbox live being on can some one help me on the settings to do this cause ive forgot total ??

click on personal setting when your in your live account and you will see "Disable Auto-Login". But no matter what if your account is a live account when you play a game it will ask what profile then log you in regardless. You can disable from auto login but it will still log you in online if network is detected
