is there any way you can still have xbox live with modded 360? i hear with some mod chips you can but what about if you have the samsung drive and just flash it? i still want to play on live what do i do? thanks alot

Nobody has been banned from XBOXlive for having an modded 360 but who is to say it won't happen in the future........If you Mod your 360 you will run a risk of being banned.
Unless you run the Xtreme super max firmware that comes free with a cloak of invisibility then you will be fine
You can't have your cake and eat it you best look after your original games so no need to mod your 360 if your a avid xboxlive player.
