XBOX LIVE QUESTION

I haven't played xboxlive so I really have no idea about this...

Here's my question, I installed X2.6 on a v1.5 xbox, I put xbmc as dash and It requires Xbmc.xbe to be placed on C: drive and XBMC folder on E:apps folder. Now, if I use it on xbox live with modchip off, can Microsoft detects that my box is modded?

Aslong as the chip's turned off you'll be ok, as far as I know M$ don't scan hhd, only modified bioses via mod being turned on.
