xbox live spring update

I looked more into this and apparantly microsoft released their spring update sooner than anticipated. So far most people have not had their hdd's bricked. Has anybody with flashed firmare ( particularly for the hitachi 78 ) Sorry for the double post, just wanted to narrow down the subject and confirm what i had found.

I have not seen any reports to the contrary, but going on XBL with a hacked firmeware does breach their T&C's

First of all, they wont 'brick' your hdd. If anything, they will ban your gamertag, serial number, etc... That being said, going on live with a modified 360 is breach's their T&C's, as stated. If you dont want to take the risk, dont go on live with your modified firmware and backups. Then you will not have any issues. No one has been banned.

This is going to lead to too much speculation.
