ok just wondering what i need to do inorder to get xbox live working once i have modded my xbox. i have never connected to xbox live before. i know u can not have the chip on when gettin on xbox live. so i hooked my xbox up to a router and then to cable. i know its my xbox b/c my brother hooked his xbox up to the same router and then connected just fine and his xbox is not modded. so the fact that mine is has to do w/ something. i haven't changed any of the networking settings. i can connect to my computer just fine through FlashFXP but not xbox live. when i troubleshoot the problem it tells me that my IP is not confirmed! wtf?! and then a message comes up and says
GATEWAY
"the network gateway could not be reached. Verify the IP Addresses match the settings provided by your ISP."
what does that mean? how do i find the isp cause under my settings under isp it is just blank and i have never touched it so i dont know what should be there. if anyone can help w/ this networking problem that would be cool thanx.
