Xbox Mod Help!!!

I have a X2.3 Lite+ and i need full instructions on how to do everything to make my xbox play burnt games and have a new dashboard and where do get it all can anyone plz help?

do one thing at a time,

i am assuming you have flashed the chip with a hacked bios, if you have you will be able to play burnt games already via the msdashboard, you dont HAVE to be loading a alternative dashboard just make sure you boot with the chip on.

as for dashbaords and other files toy may want to us check out:

As said above, if you've flashed your chip with a hacked BIOS, then you're almost there.

For dashboards, try EvoX ot Avalaunch - they two are pretty straightforward to work with.

Upgrading the hard drive is also useful - DVD2Xbox is a good Xbox program to use afterwards.

evertime i insert the cd to update the bios it says
Bios Update Found... Halting!

did you use a dummy file?
also does your xbox read the media you are using?

yes it does and yes i am using a 100MB dummy

ok i got it to work i think it did the yellow bar then the green bar and then it shut off... now how do i load a new dashboard? and where can i get one?
